          Being grateful means waking up every morning with a smile to your face and thanking god for a new day we thank him for letting us live another day more. We begin to do our things in the morning with a good and positive attitude. A lways find gratitude in challenges try to keep a gratitude journal.  Reflect on your day at night

WAY 2. BE SMART

one way to learn a new word every day and practice your writing skills and try to exercise more often

WAY 3.BE WILLING TO WORK FOR IT WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR LIFE


           I feel  like sometimes we just got to embrace things to see some changes like for example if someone where to say mean and rude things about you and your family, you can't let it affect you. Even if things are hard we have to keep going and work harder and harder every day.

you can be positive by eating healthy. you can also listen to music that puts you in a good mood. surround yourself with positive people hang out with people who inspire you to give kindness back to others in  a nice way offer to hear peoples problems and give them advice and you share some of your problems and then she gives you advice so you give back the positivity. find the positive +
